To commemorate hitting 10 million followers on Twitter, Binance is launching two online activities to celebrate this momentous milestone with our community!
Activity 1: Collect All Three #Binance10M Badges & Stand a Chance to Get 10 Million Satoshis
Activity Period: 2022-12-12 09:00 to 2023-01-01 23:59 (UTC)
During the activity period, all verified users who complete the following three tasks and collect all three #Binance10M badges at the #Binance10M Activity Page, will qualify for this activity.
How to Collect #Binance10M Badges:
- Task 1: Link your Twitter account to your Binance account via the #Binance10M Activity Page.
- Task 2: Follow @binance on Twitter, and retweet the #Binance10M celebratory video with a unique caption of your own. Be creative with your #Binance10M messages. The winning entries’ tweets will be assessed based on creativity in this task.
- Task 3: Hold any amount of BNB in your Spot wallet during the activity period.
Binance will select five eligible users with the most creative captions that highlight #Binance10M milestone in Task 2 after the activity ends, to each receive 10 million satoshis in BTC token voucher. Winners will be selected based on a number of factors, including the creativity of the participants’ entries, authenticity, and so on.
Activity 2: Invite Your Friends to Binance & Be Among the Top Ten Referrers to Equally Share 10 BNB in Token Vouchers
Activity Period: 2022-12-12 09:00 to 2023-01-01 23:59 (UTC)
To participate in this activity, users can refer their friends to Binance from the #Binance10M Activity Page during the activity period. The top ten referrers with the highest number of referrals who successfully complete account verification during the activity period, will be eligible for an equal share of 10 BNB in token vouchers.

Terms & Conditions:
- These terms and conditions (“Activity Terms”) govern your participation in this #Binance10M Activity (“Activity”). By participating in this Activity, you agree to these Activity Terms, and the following additional terms: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Policy; all of which are incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions.
- In the case of any inconsistency or conflict between these Activity Terms, and any other incorporated terms, the provisions of these Activity Terms shall prevail, followed by the following in this order of precedence, and to the extent of such conflict: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Policy.
- Only users who complete KYC by the end of the activity period shall be eligible for any rewards.
- The rewards for Activity 1 and Activity 2 are not mutually exclusive. Each user may qualify for a maximum of one reward only from each Activity.
- Activity 2:
- Only referrals who are referred to Binance from the #Binance10M Activity Page and complete account verification during the activity period, will count as successful referrals in Activity 2.
- Each new user can only be referred to Binance via one referral mode. If a new user registers for a Binance account via the Lite Referral ID/Link, the user who invited them will not be eligible for any commission-based rewards under the Standard Referral Mode.
- If there are multiple referrers who attain the same number of successful referrals during the Activity Period and qualify for rewards in Activity 2, Binance will select the referrer(s) who amass the successful referrals more quickly to share the total rewards pool of 10 BNB in token vouchers.
- Token voucher rewards will be distributed within two weeks after the #Binance10M Activity ends. Users will be able to log in and redeem their token vouchers via Account > Reward Center.
- The validity period for the token voucher is set at 14 days from the day of distribution. Learn how to redeem a token voucher.
- Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants who, in its reasonable opinion, are acting fraudulently or not in accordance with any applicable terms and conditions.
- Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending these Activities, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all Participants shall be bound by these amendments.
